We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
• The Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is non-refundable in case of returns.
• We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
• Return or exchange requests will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Home pickup charges for returns are ₹250 and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all original tags.
• COD order refunds will be issued as store credit with 1-year validity.
• Bank refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders.
• If your location is non-serviceable for return pickup, you must ship the items back yourself.
• Orders placed using store credits are not refundable and can only be returned for store credit.
• We are not responsible for unaccounted items handed over to the courier.
• Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
• Reward points and store credits are non-refundable.
• Prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a ₹100 reverse shipment fee.
• Once the return is received (usually 6–7 days), store credit/refund will be issued within 24–48 hours.

4. Offline Pop-Ups & Exhibition Purchases
• No refunds are applicable for purchases made at offline pop-ups, exhibitions, or temporary retail events.
• Size or product exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
• No monetary refunds will be processed for any offline purchases.
• For size or product exchanges, customers must courier the product to us at their own cost. JAMMIESHQ does not arrange reverse pickups for offline purchases.
• All Borzo/Porter charges payable directly to delivery partner by customer. JAMMIESHQ does not pay for these charges.
