Exchange, Return and Refund
We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee Policy: Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is non-refundable in case of returns. If you choose to return an item, the COD fee will not be refunded as part of the return process. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making your purchase.
- Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Reverse Pickup Service: Home pickup charges ₹100. The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Product Integrity: Returned items should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. In case you have received any damaged product from us please share the photos for us to review & resolve.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, a store credit with a 1 year validity will be provided on your registered email address/contact number.
- Refund / Bank Transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website.
- Non-Serviceable Areas: If you are located in an area where our return service is non-serviceable then you need to return the item(s) by your own means.
- Orders placed using the store credits are not refundable; and can only be returned for a Store Credit.
- If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
- Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable during a purchase.
- Prepaid orders that are cancelled by the customer after the dispatch will be charged ₹100 for the reverse shipment.
- Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, we will have the product checked and within 24-48 hours we will issue the store credit.
